As this is an online store and you are selecting the parts you want we cannot take responsibility for incorrectly chosen parts; these are not returnable or refundable. If you are in doubt please use our parts enquiry form – click here.

To return something you must first tell us and we will do everything we reasonably can to help.

We offer a standard 12 month warranty for a replacement part on all new and reconditioned parts if there is a failure of the component – please note that this warranty covers the cost of the part only and not labour to remove or fit, freight etc. Incorrectly fitted parts (i.e not fitted in accordance with O.E.M specifications) will void any warranty. This warranty is for a replacement part only and unless we are reasonably unable to supply a replacement we will not refund.

A failed part must be returned in order for you to get a credit on the replacement item (we refund on the failed unit when it is returned)!
